Payment
We accept major credit cards and eChecks using PayPal checkout. No PayPal account is required in order to use a credit card. We also accept checks and money orders through the mail. Check and eCheck orders are held until funds clear.

Warranty
All CDs and DVDs have a 30 day defective media warranty. Hard drives and USB flash drives are warrantied through the manufacturer. The software provided on CDs, DVDs, hard drives, and USB flash drives is not warrantied in any way.

Returns
FrozenTech accepts returns within 30 days of shipment for defective products for an RMA replacement. Hard drives and USB Flash drives have a 14 day return policy for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Contact sales@frozentech.com for RMA.

Liability
FrozenTech is not responsible for any damage that may occur from usage of the CDs, DVDs, and software being offered. All customers are advised to become familiar with the commands and programs available on the discs before use.

Privacy
FrozenTech does not sell or distribute any customer information. Third party checkout services such as PayPal have their own privacy policies.
